Who are we looking for? We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised individual to join our friendly and collaborative global reward team. Candidates should have experience running reports, MI and analytics, preferably with Excel and MS applications such as Power BI. Prior reward experience is preferred, but an interest in reward and a willingness to learn are key. The role demands a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, supporting key annual reward processes—including global salary and bonus review, benefits reviews, and providing analytical support to reward projects.

Areas Of Focus And Responsibilities:

  • Compensation & Reward Processes: Support key annual reward processes including salary and bonus review and annual budgeting. Provide and maintain compensation-related data and spreadsheets for the HR team and wider business. Support market research activities, including survey completion. Assist with modelling and analysis activities where required.
  • Project work: Including policy writing/process notes, drafting documents and undertaking research.
  • Benefits & Pensions Administration: Lead the day-to-day administration of the employee benefits platform, including resolving data issues. Support the annual benefits renewal. Act as a point of contact for benefit queries, supporting employees, partners and the HR team. Support the administration of the employee pension scheme, including monthly joiner and leaver processes and contribution uploads. Produce reports from the system to support payroll, including monthly reporting to the external payroll provider.
  • Data, MI & Reporting: Produce regular MI and reports to support reward activities and decision-making. Provide analytical support to reward projects, including benchmarking and pay analysis. Support the analysis of the annual gender pay reporting process. Work with the HRIS and HR teams to develop and improve reporting outputs. Responsible for loading reward related invoices onto the Accounts Payable system and track their authorisation.

Skills And Experience Required:

  • Experience in reward and HRIS/reporting, either in a generalist or a specialist role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel (including formulas and pivot tables) to manipulate and analyse data sets.
  • Experience in Professional Services preferred.
  • Experience of working with HR reward benchmarking systems and compensation principles desirable.
  • Power BI experience desirable.
  • Proactive, adaptable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High standards of service delivery, with end users in mind when producing outputs.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player who can build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to use initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Flexible and logical approach to working.

The Essentials:

  • 09:30am to 05:30pm with flexibility required.
  • Hybrid working policy with a minimum of 2 days per week in office.
  • 4-week notice period.
