Our firm has a leading Litigation and Arbitration practice, with over 170 lawyers across Europe, Asia Pacific, the US and the Caribbean. We represent a broad range of domestic and international clients, from individuals to major brands and large corporate entities. Our practice includes contractual disputes, public international law, international arbitration, financial services, art and cultural property, equity and fraud, reputation management, insolvency, international trusts and enforcement.
We are looking for a robust, career-minded Litigation Paralegal to join our team.
Areas of Focus and Responsibilities
- Collating bundles for hearings – electronic and hardcopy
- Assist with preparation for hearings
- Electronic and hard copy document management
- Assist with drafting correspondence
- Carrying out legal and business research, due diligence and disclosure
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and proof-reading materials and documents
- Working with the lawyers to prepare fee estimates and pitches
- Managing litigation filings and documents
- Management of large-scale litigation projects including budget, quality control and timescale
- Setting up project plans and monitoring and updating these
- Managing complex billing processes including the production of spreadsheets of costs incurred
- General administrative duties

Key Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Litigation Paralegal is highly desirable
- This role would be ideally suited for someone who has secured a training contract commencing in 2027 or beyond, and who wishes to gain work experience in a top-tier firm prior to starting their training contract
- Familiarity with relevant technology e.g. document management systems, time recording systems, disclosure review platforms etc.
- Strong research skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and under pressure
- Financial aptitude (for billing)
- Strong academics
- Excellent written and communication skills
Essentials
- 9.30am – 5.30pm but flexibility is a must
- This role is a 12-month fixed term contract
- A minimum of at least two days per week in the office but during busy periods (for example court hearings) more frequent attendance may be required
