The Role: Aligned to a continuous drive to innovate, Withers has recently launched a new business strategy which focuses on reviewing and improving how our firm operates across all regions and divisions in order to optimise productivity through the better use of technology, and ultimately to deliver the best service to our clients. This will be achieved through a number of means including examining and optimising technology skills, the processes that our people use, and the technologies which they are using.
Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Innovation & Change Enablement: Work closely with the AI & Innovation team, including delivery lead, business analyst, and solution architect, to assess work practices and support improvements through training. Support the integration and adoption of new technologies into daily working practices through identifying user issues and opportunities and proactively working to identify solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching: Collaborate with legal and business services teams to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend technology‑driven solutions. Provide one‑on‑one coaching to staff at all levels to improve productivity through effective tool usage.
- Training Strategy & Delivery: Design, implement, and deliver training programmes for both existing systems and new technologies, including generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot. Deliver training in various formats: classroom, remote, one‑on‑one, and desk‑side, tailored to user needs and roles.
- Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Development: Monitor user adoption and gather feedback to refine training programmes and tool configurations. Stay informed on emerging technologies, AI regulations, and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
- Operational Support & Collaboration: Partner with the Global IT Training Manager and global training team to align with the firm’s technology and innovation strategy. Assist with course promotion, scheduling, delegate registration, and attendance tracking.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications And Competencies:
- Office 365 - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar GenAI tools
- Expertise in prompt engineering and AI‑assisted productivity techniques
- TAP/Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) (or equivalent)
The Essentials: 930am to 530pm but flexibility is a must. We would be open to considering alternative work hours. 12 week probation period 4 week notice period.
