Role Summary
Business Analyst – Legal Tech – You will be a core part of a new Legal Tech capability that delivers AI-driven insights, legal automation, and digital innovation across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Discovery & Analysis – Collaborate with legal and business services to conduct detailed workflow analysis and identify opportunities for digital, AI, and automation enhancement.
- AI & Innovation Enablement – Evaluate and recommend AI‑driven tools, support proof‑of‑concept initiatives, and collaborate with data teams to ensure data readiness for AI model deployment.
- Project Support & Delivery – Assist in backlog production, sprint planning, and user story creation for AI and innovation initiatives; support agile execution of innovation projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a liaison between legal professionals, IT, compliance, and external vendors; facilitate workshops and demos to gather feedback and drive user adoption.
- Continuous Improvement & Market Awareness – Stay informed on legal tech trends, benchmark internal processes against industry best practices, and contribute to the development of innovation roadmaps and strategic planning.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of AI concepts (NLP, machine learning, generative AI) and their legal applications.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (process mapping, requirements documentation, data analysis).
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, DSDM) and supporting iterative delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Awareness of data privacy, legal privilege, and ethical considerations in AI deployment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Passion for legal innovation and emerging technologies, and comfort working in fast‑paced, change‑driven environments.

The Essentials
- Hours: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm with flexibility.
- Probation: 12‑week period; Notice: 4‑week period.
