The Role This is a full time, permanent position based in either our Bristol or Warwick office. Hybrid working options, including working from home, are available. In this role, your responsibilities will include: – Completing reconciliations for bank accounts in multiple currencies. – Posting bank transactions and journals. – Scanning and processing purchase ledger invoices onto accounting software. – Aiding the purchase ledger team by requesting copy invoices. – Reconciling statements received from associates and suppliers. – Managing accounts' email inboxes and distributing accounts' posts. – Sending out sales ledger copy invoices per client requests. – Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Accounts team as required. About You To join us as a Finance Assistant, you’ll need: – A minimum of 5 GCSEs including a Level 5 or above (equivalent to grade C or above) in Mathematics and English. – Excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines. – Attention to detail and pride in work product. – Ability to balance and prioritise workload, remain composed and level-headed during periods of particularly busy activity, and being proactive in helping other members of the team. – Good communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts. – Working individually and as a team.
