Company Description
With Nothing Underneath is a DTC Womenswear start up creating shirts for women. Inspired by men’s tailoring, British heritage, and timeless style, WNU was born in London in 2017 out of the need for shirts that were perfectly adjusted for women, sustainably sourced, and stood the test of time. WNU is all about simplicity - paired back, laid back, timeless, effortless. WNU fulfils the under exploited territory of female shirting, in an accessible, easy to shop manner, at an affordable price for a luxury item, using the highest quality sustainable materials. WNU is also a business with a message and a purpose; we are dedicated to running a business that gives back to our community, values our customer, and respects our planet.
About the Role
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator to own the day-to-day running of our Shopify store and help us build out the ecommerce function as we scale. This is a hands-on role with genuine breadth — you’ll touch everything from product launches and site merchandising to trading analysis and CRM support. You’ll report directly to our Ecom Lead. This should be your second role. You’ve done a year or two in ecommerce (ideally in fashion or DTC), you know your way around Shopify, and you’re ready to step up and own more.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Site Management
- Own end-to-end product uploads on Shopify: descriptions, imagery, pricing, categorisation, metafields, and variant setup. Coordinating and working closely with the production, merchandising and marketing teams.
- Site merchandising — collection ordering, homepage and site content briefing, navigation updates, cross-sells, and internal search results.
- Run daily and weekly site audits to catch broken links, display issues, and UX bugs before customers do.
- Execute campaign launches on-site, briefing and building banners, landing pages and inline content blocks.
- Shopify Platform & Operations
- Be the go-to person for Shopify backend — settings, apps, and troubleshooting.
- Manage app stack performance, flagging anything slowing the site down or not pulling its weight.
- Support new feature rollouts and platform improvements alongside the wider team.
- Trading & Analysis
- Contribute to weekly trade reports: sell-through rates, stock analysis, conversion data, and revenue performance.
- Pull and organise data from Shopify, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo to support commercial decisions.
- Monitor competitor activity and flag relevant trends, launches, or pricing moves.
- Cross-Functional Support
- Coordinate across Merchandising, Marketing, Creative Content, and Operations to deliver seamless product launches.
- Be a proactive voice in the team — if you spot an opportunity or something’s not working, let’s fix it.
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of e-commerce experience (this should be your second job, not your first).
- Hands-on Shopify experience — this is essential. You should be comfortable in the backend, as well as the storefront.
- Experience with product imports, site merchandising, and basic platform management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet expected timelines.
- Confidence with data. You don’t need to be an analyst, but you should be comfortable in Google Sheets/Excel and able to pull together a clear report.
- A genuine interest in e-commerce, fashion, or both.
It’d Be Great If You Also Have
- Google Analytics (GA4) experience.
- Exposure to Klaviyo or another email marketing platform.
- Experience at a DTC or digitally-native brand.
- An eye for detail — you notice when something’s off on-screen.
- Familiarity with SEO basics or CRO A/B testing is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary: £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience.
- Hybrid working — 3 days in our Battersea studio, 2 days from home.
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Generous WNU staff discount.
- Access to sample sales.
- Pension scheme.
- The chance to shape how a fast-growing brand scales its DTC channel.
