We are looking for a Performance & Social Videographer to join our content team and own the production and editing of our performance and social video output. This is a hands-on, executional role β you will be shooting and editing content week in, week out, with a focus on paid social advertising, UGC-style creative, and organic social video. You will report to the Content Manager.
What you will own:
- Paid social video: Shoot and edit video creative for Meta and TikTok ad campaigns. Produce multiple format variants per shoot (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for testing. Work to briefs from the Content Manager, turning around assets quickly and to spec. Understand what makes paid video perform β hooks, pacing, CTAs β and apply that instinctively.
- UGC-style content: Produce authentic, lo-fi-style content that feels native to the platform. Shoot product in a way that feels real and polished. Work with briefs and occasionally with talent or influencers on set.
- Editing and post-production: Edit raw footage from your own shoots and from wider team productions. Cut to brief and to platform spec, with a strong sense of pacing and rhythm. Handle basic colour, sound, and captioning to a consistent standard. Manage your own post-production pipeline and meet deadlines.
- On-set collaboration: Work alongside our in-house creative on larger productions. Capture behind-the-scenes content on shoot days. Be reliable, prepared, and easy to work with on set.
What we are looking for:
- Essential: 2-3 years of professional videography experience. Real understanding of Social and Instagram Reels β formats, trends, what performs. Ability to shoot and edit independently to a brief with minimal hand-holding. Fast, organised, and calm under the pressure of tight turnarounds.
- Nice to have: Experience shooting fashion or lifestyle content. Basic motion graphics or After Effects for ad overlays and text treatments. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or an interest in how creative affects performance.
