The Role
WNU is looking for someone motivated and passionate about being a part of a growing fashion brand. Sitting between our digital and marketing teams, the candidate will create assets across our digital channels - bringing both a creative eye and a commercial instinct to everything they make. They'll need to be organised, able to prioritise, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce creative assets for emails, print inserts, Instagram, YouTube, and paid advertising channels, including banners, graphics, and collages.
- Maintain WNU's distinct visual identity across all platforms.
- Drive the testing and optimisation of creative assets through A/B testing of layouts, imagery, and messaging.
- Assist with web design tasks, including creating and adapting visual assets for the online store.
- Maintain and organise design assets, templates, and campaign files for efficient team use.
- Stay up to date with design best practices and emerging digital marketing trends.
Essential Skills and Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer in a relevant industry or field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro (or similar editing tools).
- Strong design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, and composition.
- A commercial mindset, with a clear understanding of how design and creative decisions influence customer behaviour and campaign performance.
- A strong affinity with sustainable fashion, brand storytelling, and social media.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
- A positive, proactive attitude - you take initiative, raise issues early, and bring energy to everything you do.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you’re collaborative and thrive in a team environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- A portfolio of creative work demonstrating campaigns shipped across digital channels.
- Experience with short-form video editing.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing tools.
