Working closely with colleagues, the Consultant will play an important role in ensuring client projects run brilliantly and deliver the impact our clients are looking for. Day-to-day activities will include development programme design and delivery, coordinating project activity, preparing materials, communicating with clients, facilitating workshops, gathering feedback and helping to ensure every aspect of the client experience is well organised and powerfully delivered. The role will involve working across a variety of client projects, giving the successful candidate exposure to leadership development, learning, facilitation and consultancy.
