Working closely with client organisations, the Lead Consultant will understand their strategic, leadership and organisational needs and translate these into engaging, practical and tailored development experiences.
Day-to-day activities will include client consultation, programme design, workshop facilitation, coaching, project leadership and evaluating the impact of our work.
The role requires someone who can build trusted relationships with clients, take ownership of projects and confidently navigate the needs of different stakeholders.
It requires a person who can quickly adapt to changing client requirements and operate at pace to deliver excellence.
The individual will be able to actively support the growth of the business.
Using their network, relationships and understanding of the market to identify and develop new client opportunities.
You will contribute to diversifying our client base through proactive relationship building, client conversations, proposals and pitches.
The Lead Consultant will be a leader in their own right and able to motivate, inspire and manage internal colleagues.
The Lead Consultant role is a full-time, hybrid position working out of our Colchester office.
They will need some flexibility for travel, primarily in Europe and the UK, although it is unlikely to involve significant time away from home.
