With Intelligence is seeking a Senior Marketing & CRM Data Executive to oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns for its portfolio of asset management events, ensuring attendee and award entry targets are exceeded. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful events, contributing new ideas, and supporting sales targets through marketing initiatives. Additionally, the executive will manage CRM integration and data accuracy across platforms like Salesforce, playing a vital role in data-driven marketing and audience targeting. Responsibilities Creating and executing marketing campaigns for allocated events Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using email, social media, and digital strategies to drive registrations and award entries Manage marketing planning processes and collaborate across departments for timely launches Write compelling marketing copy tailored to different audience segments, utilizing data insights for engagement Manage design assets to ensure brand consistency Coordinate with the Delegate Engagement Team on event positioning and content assets Analyze campaign performance and audience data to optimize strategies and report insights Conduct post-event analysis and share registration and marketing reports CRM and Data Management Responsibilities Manage CRM integrations (e.g., Bizzabo to Salesforce) to ensure data quality Oversee data hygiene and lead cleanup initiatives Develop documented data management and segmentation processes based on audience personas and engagement Identify and implement workflow and system improvements (e.g., Evessio, Swapcard) Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking and decision-making Collaborate with automation teams to align CRM and marketing efforts Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in a B2B events environment Knowledge of the full marketing mix Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Experience with databases, data selection, and segmentation Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools Understanding of data hygiene principles Strong Excel skills Excellent attention to detail Strong creative writing skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits 24 days annual leave, increasing to 29 Enhanced parental leave Medicash health plans Wellness days Flexible Fridays Birthday day off Employee assistance program Travel loan scheme Charity days Breakfast and social events Hybrid working About With Intelligence Located at One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EA, with benefits including daily free breakfast and drinks, social activities, and an energetic team.
