About the role
- Product and User Insight Generation: Analyzing user feedback and presenting findings to guide product feature development. Tracking user engagement metrics to evaluate performance against KPIs, and reporting this across the business. Identifying and triaging user issues to ensure prompt resolution by the right teams, across client-facing, internal, and data-focused tools.
- Supporting Team Operations: Administering product management tools, owning and improving processes, and ensuring alignment across platform and data teams. Leading team reporting efforts and facilitating cross-team and cross-functional meetings. Managing a backlog of items and using data and insights to reprioritize tasks for maximum impact.
- Communications Management: Supporting feature launches and go-to-market plans for external and internal tooling. Facilitating communications about changes and updates across our suite of products. Ensuring sales, marketing, and data research teams have the necessary tools and information, acting as a first-line interface between our work and its benefits for customers.
