With Intelligence, recently acquired by S&P Global, delivers data and events across the investment management industry. Working under the Head of Marketing β Pension Bridge, the candidate will be focused on creating, developing, and leading the marketing efforts for the American and Asian portfolios. Day to day this includes developing marketing plans, creating campaigns across various channels, researching data and pulling accurate data lists, liaising with key industry partners, as well as working across teams and forming relationships with various business stakeholders. This role will be targeted on delivering KPIs around audience numbers, revenue targets, % of allocators in attendance and increasing NPS results. The candidate will be personable, versatile, and proactive. They feel confident working both autonomously and within a larger team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the marketing strategies and go to market plan for all conferences within the American events portfolio
- Expertly deliver marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive delegate acquisition
- Work closely with various teams, including our Investor Relations, Content, Operations, Commercial and support function teams to co-ordinate an active engagement plan for our target audience
- Work with other internal brands and platforms to build an audience of engaged contacts
- Support outreach for sponsorship across the portfolio
- Create accurate and in-depth data research requests for various audiences relevant to each event
- Report on the progress of the event marketing strategy β providing feedback on successes and failures β ensuring we deliver audience targets
- Achieve relevant KPIs and targets as set out by the team and be able to pivot campaign to ensure these are hit
- Mentoring of junior marketing executives
Qualifications:
- Excellent organisation skills for planning and delivering β this is very important around events because theyβre so time sensitive
- Previous experience of working in a B2B event marketing
- Passionate, self-motivated, and ambitious, willing to participate in the team and be a stakeholder in developing this fast-growing brand
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate with all levels of leadership and across multiple teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience of working within the investment management space preferred, but not expected
