With Intelligence seeks a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our newly formed data team. The data team works across With Intelligence to build collaboration with data and structure the information we deliver out to the industry.
As a Data Analyst, you will help teams across With Intelligence understand, work with, and gain value from our data assets. You will create analysis, insights, and visualisations that enable others to understand the underlying data.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who want to work with stakeholders to use With’s data. This is a great chance to be part of a team’s evolution, provide the business with accessible data, and foster a data-driven culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Become a trusted expert, able to find and articulate answers to internal stakeholder’s questions about our data.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis explaining data content and structure.
- Communicate data clearly, with ability to model information into finalised tables or visualisations.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand their ask and interpreting the data to support their goals.
- Continuous learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
Requirements:
- Previous working experience with data in SQL, Power Query, MS Excel or using un-structured formats.
- You have the ability to model data into tables or visualisations depending on the ask.
- You are detail oriented, with a keen eye for precision and accuracy.
- You are driven, take initiative, and remain focused on achieving results.
- You excel in communication, effectively simplifying complex data for easy understanding.
- Knowledge of the financial services sector is an advantage.
