Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and network-savvy LP Engagement & Relationship Manager to lead proactive outreach and relationship-building with Limited Partners (LPs), ranging from family offices to pension funds and sovereign wealth funds. This role is key in gathering investor intelligence, including allocation intentions, preferences, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Outreach & Networking: Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, including family offices, wealth managers, endowments, and pension funds. Conduct direct outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage new LP contacts and deepen existing relationships. Attend our conferences globally to build a high-value LP network.
- Intelligence Gathering: Conduct structured conversations with LPs to understand their current and future investment strategies, manager preferences, and mandates. Source sales referrals for our LP product offering, Allocate With.
- Representation & Engagement: Act as an ambassador for With Intelligence at events and during one-on-one meetings with LPs. Represent LP interests internally to ensure their priorities are reflected in our LP product offering.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the data, editorial, event, and sales teams to ensure a premium LP experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in financial journalism, research, investor relations, or relationship management in finance is desired.
- Good understanding of the LP landscape and different asset classes (e.g. private equity, hedge funds, real estate).
- Strong track record of building relationships in the asset management industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to manage multiple conversations and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel internationally for events and meetings.
- Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce or Outreach (a plus, not required).
