Support our Insight2Uni mentoring programme and workshops.
You'll prepare session materials, help run live workshops, track feedback and support light admin and communications.
Flexible remote role, perfect for gaining hands‑on charity and education‑sector experience.
What difference will you make?
Insight2Uni is at the heart of what we do, helping students access mentoring and workshops that widen their access to university.
Delivering this well takes more than a great curriculum it needs materials prepared in advance, smooth running of sessions, and a clear picture of what's working so we can keep improving.
Right now, our small team is stretched across delivery, admin and strategy, which means some of this groundwork doesn't get the attention it deserves.
A Programme Support Executive would free up our Programme Officer to focus on the relationships and content that make the biggest difference to students, while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks on the logistics side.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone reliable, organised and comfortable juggling several small tasks at once.
Experience supporting the delivery of workshops, training sessions or programmes (in any sector) would be valuable, as would experience with feedback collection or basic reporting.
We'd love someone who enjoys education, youth development or social mobility work, and who's comfortable working remotely.

What will you be doing?
We're looking for a Programme Support Executive to help our team deliver Insight2Uni, our mentoring programme and workshop series for students.
You'll prepare resources and materials ahead of sessions, and support the delivery of virtual or in-person workshops, this could include moderating chat, tracking attendance, or taking notes during live sessions.
You'll also help us understand how our programmes are landing by compiling feedback forms and tracking responses, and support small admin tasks connected to programme scheduling, using Monday. com to report on progress and status.
Beyond the day-to-day delivery, you'll help coordinate study support resources for students and draft student-facing communications, helping us keep our messaging clear, warm and consistent.
