What difference will you make?

Our Career Readiness mentoring programme sits at the intersection of education and employability, connecting students with corporate mentors to help them build the skills and confidence to move into professional life.

Delivering this well requires careful coordination across multiple stakeholders corporate partners, employee mentors, students, and our own internal team.

A Project Manager gives this programme the dedicated oversight it needs to run smoothly and deliver real impact.

Tracking KPIs consistently means we can spot and address concerns early, rather than discovering problems only at the end of a programme cycle.

Strong relationship management with corporate clients is also important for the sustainability of this programme specifically, since these partnerships are central to how it runs and grows.

Flagging case study opportunities to marketing helps us tell these impact stories more widely, which in turn helps us build support and attract more corporate partners in future.

What are we looking for?

We\'re looking for someone with at least three years\' experience managing youth programmes, ideally within education or mentoring, with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Strong time management and planning skills are essential, along with a data-driven approach to monitoring and evaluating programme performance.

You should be highly organised and process-oriented, with phenomenal attention to detail, and confident facilitating training sessions, workshops or events.

Excellent written and spoken communication is important, as is a track record of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
