What are we looking for? What will you be doing? We’re looking for a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering and evaluating our career-focused youth mentoring programmes, bridging the gap between education and professional aspirations. You’ll collaborate with corporate clients, employee mentors and mentees to make sure the programme meets its goals and delivers measurable impact for everyone involved. On the implementation side, you’ll lead the launch of our Career Readiness mentoring programme, along with related workshops and events tailored to student needs. You’ll track programme timelines and resources, and ensure high-quality delivery by running induction training, providing ongoing support, and problem-solving issues as they arise for participants. You’ll also track programme KPIs, flagging any concerns early so they can be addressed. On the evaluation side, you’ll input into our evaluation report, helping us capture and communicate the programme’s impact, and liaise with our marketing team to flag case study opportunities worth sharing more widely.
