With Insight Education is dedicated to empowering black-heritage students to excel in their educational and professional pursuits, with a focus on supporting their progression to top universities and into aspirational careers. We partner with universities and leading companies to provide mentoring and skill development programmes for black-heritage students, fostering confidence and knowledge to navigate their paths successfully. Since 2018, we have supported over 1300 students and provided an enriching experience for almost 700 mentors. We are ambitious about continuing to grow our impact and have the aspirational target of engaging over 1,000 students a year by August 2027.
The Head of Programmes & Delivery will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all With Insight Education programmes. This role is critical in ensuring that our programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.
Qualifications:- Experience in streamlining internal operations
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Analytical skills used to inform strategic data-driven decision-making
- Budgeting experience for financial planning
- Experience working in the education sector is a plus
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience working with mentoring programmes or similar educational initiatives
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in the charity sector
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools
- Experience in scaling programmes or organisational growth initiatives
- Understanding of the challenges faced by Black-heritage students in education and employment

Hours: This is a four - five day a week hybrid role
