We are seeking a dedicated Human Rights and Labour Lawyer to volunteer their expertise in support of an individual who has been unfairly scapegoated and subjected to a prolonged 15-year witch hunt, resulting in significant safety concerns and the inability to return to work.
Location: East Midlands (remote support possible)
Requirements:
- English as a first language
- Demonstrated experience providing voluntary or pro-bono legal support
- Strong background in employment law, human rights, and complex cases involving workplace harassment, defamation, retaliation, or institutional failings
- A compassionate, ethical, and justice-focused approach
What You’ll Do:
- Provide guidance on legal options and protections
- Help assess historical documentation and patterns of misconduct
- Support the development of a safety-centred strategy for the individual
- Work collaboratively within our Armies for Humanity network to help restore dignity, rights, and security
