What you\’ll be doing

Grow and manage a portfolio of industrial and manufacturing customers across the Midlands

Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning solutions that deliver value

Drive new business development while nurturing existing accounts to hit and exceed sales targets

Act as the go-to technical expert on lubricants and applications, providing tailored advice and support

Maintain a strong sales pipeline, from project management through to closing deals

Must-Haves

Proven experience in technical or consultative sales within industrial/manufacturing sectors
