Due to demand from an established and growing client base, Witan Search are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a professional, exciting and rewarding challenge within an international working environment, whilst providing great career development opportunities.

THE POSITION

You will join a team of Talent Consultants and support our clients’ hiring needs. As part of the role you will be offered support and guidance on the techniques needed to be a successful TC. Your activities will include (but not limited too; )

  • Build candidate networks across social media, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Liaise with clients on specific talent needs.
  • Account management of clients and targeting of new clients.
  • Utilise online platforms and websites to find candidates.
  • Advertise vacancies and work with marketing to gain maximum coverage.
  • Interview candidates on competencies required against client needs.
  • Management of our ATS system.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador. Contribute to the mission, vision and values as well as our company culture.

In addition, you will be collaborating with the Marketing team for activities such as improving advertising and commercial documents, supporting to build our company brand, Targeted email campaigns, Social Media Marketing as well as Planning and representing Witan at local and international Exhibitions.

BACKGROUND & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree level education in any related discipline.

Experience in Research, Resourcing or Account Management

• Excellent communication, organization, and punctuality skills.

• Experience in using Software such as CRM or ATS.

• Experience in using social media for your own brand development and the company’s brand development, marketing & advertising.

• Ideally you will have international experience (work or travel)

• Occasionally, be available for travel locally and internationally to meet with clients & attend exhibitions

LANGUAGE

Fluent in English, plus any additional language such as French, Dutch, German or Spanish would be beneficial.
