Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Sales Engineers and customers
- Deliver technical training at customer sites
- Join Sales Engineers on visits to clients and prospects
- Identify new growth opportunities across the business area and provide the technical support to help win them
- Initiate and support new product launches
- Feed back on product performance to Headquarters, playing an active role in new product development
- Take a leading role in technically driven activities
- Interpret and communicate laboratory results
Must-Haves
- A sound education in chemistry, or a technical background in fluid management
- Ideally 1β3 years' relevant experience in the metalworking industry
- Experience in a customer-facing role, comfortable communicating at all levels from shop floor to senior management
- A can-do mentality with strong analytical skills, able to make quick decisions and understand their consequences
- Ability to work well independently while remaining highly communicative
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel extensively across UK mainland, including regular overnight stays

- Prior involvement in supporting new product launches
- Openness to occasional travel across Europe
