What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a skilled team of Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, and QA staff.
- Ensure laboratory operations meet quality, safety, and turnaround targets.
- Oversee financial performance, purchasing, and stock control.
- Maintain compliance with ISO and QHSE standards.
- Evaluate new customer requirements and support method development.
- Promote a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Manage incident reporting, toolbox talks, and safety tours.
Must-Haves:
- Degree or HNC in a relevant scientific discipline.
