The predicted salary is between 58349 - 71315 £ per year.
Shall serve as Technical Adviser and report to Head of R&D Services (Technical Assistance Group). Based in UK dedicated to local customer activities at their site (Hampshire). Ensure full customer satisfaction by providing high level of technical services and close relationship.
Provide Technical Services to customer to:
- Ensure and assist customer design in security ink formulations.
- Advise from an ink and solution perspective on any customer projects on linking ink formulations to new design software digital proofs, printing proofs and to factory formulations.
- Ensure efficient, timely and documented product complaint treatment (NC) (in collaboration with the headquarters when necessary).
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in Chemistry or equivalent in printing industry (3-5 years’ experience in chemical or printing industry is an advantage).
- Flexible and willing to travel to different customer sites when needed.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment independently.
- English. French highly appreciated.
- With a driving license.
