I am currently recruiting for an Aftersales Advisor on behalf of my well-established client based in Bristol. This role would suit someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has strong communication skills, and is confident managing the aftersales journey from start to finish. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience while supporting the wider aftersales team.
The Role: As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers following vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring their needs are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer enquiries and aftersales bookings
- Communicating clearly with customers regarding work required, progress, and completion
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is scheduled and completed efficiently
- Providing accurate invoicing and explaining work carried out in a clear, professional manner
- Handling customer concerns in a calm and professional way
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the aftersales process
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an Aftersales Advisor, Service Advisor, or similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised, efficient, and able to manage a busy workload
- Confident using dealer management systems
- A professional and customer-focused approach
