We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to nurture young minds and create magical learning environments for our children to flourish. This rare opportunity offers you to chance to work in both of our wonderful purpose-built day Nurseries, while having the flexibility to choose shifts around your availability.
Each of our day Nurseries, Learning Curve Day Nursery & Heathcote House Nursery, has its own distinctive character and ethos, so you can be certain no two days will ever be the same
Hours, Salary & Benefits:
Hours: Based at either of Wishford\βs Day Nurseries, this is a flexible role.
Salary: Up to Β£12.60 per hour depending on qualifications.

Skills:
- An excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Experience in planning inspiring activities for children aged 0-5 to explore and enjoy
- Have a completed Early Years Level qualification (Level 2 or above)
- Be confident in creating a stimulating environment that enables children to become confident learners
- Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build relationships with the children and their parents
Responsibilities:
- To plan and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities focusing on each individual child\βs interests
- To ensure that a safe, stimulating environment is maintained for children while overseeing the implementation of activities
- To work alongside the staff team to ensure that the Nursery\βs ethos is being fulfilled
- To work with all staff in promoting good staff practices across the Nursery and always ensure the safety of the children and their environment
- To liaise with and fully support your room leader
- To ensure that all child development records are updated, where applicable
- To discreetly attend to young children\βs toileting needs
- To agree to the policies and procedures and carry them out to the best of your ability
- To adhere to all nursery policies on safeguarding, health and safety and food hygiene etc.
