An established, high-performing technology recruitment business is hiring a Delivery Consultant to join its London team. This is a true 180 role, ideal for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment and wants to focus on delivery within a well-supported, high-billing environment.
You will work alongside experienced consultants who generate consistent job flow, giving you access to live roles, established accounts, and strong earning potential from day one. There will be opportunity to run accounts and lean into a more 270 style position once embedded.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing through to placement
- Delivering on live vacancies across Technology and GTM markets
- Building and maintaining strong candidate networks
- Partnering closely with senior consultants
