What You Will Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with high-level clients and candidates
- Competing to source and place top talent within the global finance market
- Developing new business and becoming a specialist in your niche
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach to closing deals
- Working towards targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped earnings
Who We Are Looking For
- Recent graduates or individuals with sales or commercial experience
- Competitive, resilient, and driven individuals who enjoy working towards goals
- Background in sport or evidence of competing at is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people
- A track record of achievement, whether in sport, academics, or other areas
What You Will Get in Return
- London base salary with uncapped commission
- Year 1 OTE: £40,000
- Year 2 OTE: £60,000+
