The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Develop a deep understanding of the Private Equity and Hedge Fund talent markets
• Build and manage relationships with senior clients and investment professionals
• Originate new business and negotiate commercial terms
• Map markets and identify high-performing candidates globally
• Headhunt, assess, and advise candidates through complex hiring processes
• Manage interviews, offers, and high-value placements
• Build a long-term network that compounds in value year after year
