What you’ll be doing?
- Building relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Head-hunting & networking with high-calibre Tech, Digital and AI professionals
- Driving new business through strategic business development efforts
- Consulting & negotiating with both clients and candidates throughout hiring process
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and securing high-value placements!
What we’re looking for?
- 2:1 degree or above (any discipline)
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and drive to succeed
- Competitive, ambitious, and results-driven
- Confident, articulate, and personable - a natural communicator
- Experience in B2B sales or a sporting background is a plus
