What you'll be doing
- Build and manage relationships with high-profile PE/portfolio clients
- Source and headhunt top-tier finance professionals
- Manage the full recruitment process from candidate search to placement
- Receive comprehensive training from a dedicated Learning & Development Manager
- Progress rapidly Trainee to Director in just 5 years!
What we're looking for?
We want motivated, competitive, and career-driven individuals who meet at least two of the following:
- A Levels (A*-B) and a 2:1 degree or above from a Top UK University
- A track record of hard work (e.g. part-time jobs, competitive sports, strong academics)
- Highly results-driven with a strong work ethic
