A new Graduate level role has opened up within a specialist Private Equity and Financial Services recruitment agency that recruits top finance professionals, up to CFO level, with Private Equity Funds and their portfolio companies.

A thriving team of 52 employees, across offices in London and New York offering a clear career path, excellent earning potential, and industry-leading recruitment and financial services training.

You will have second to none exposure to PE Portfolio Companies and what makes them tick when hiring (typically their first CFO). You will gain incredible insight and commercial experience through training, development and hands on time on desk.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and manage relationships with high-profile PE/portfolio clients
  • Source and headhunt top-tier finance professionals
  • Manage the full recruitment process from candidate search to placement
  • Receive comprehensive training from a dedicated Learning & Development Manager
  • Progress rapidly Trainee to Director in just 5 years!

What we're looking for?

We want motivated, competitive, and career-driven individuals who meet at least two of the following:

  • A Levels (A*-B) and a 2:1 degree or above from a Top UK University
  • A track record of hard work (e.g. part-time jobs, competitive sports, strong academics)
  • Highly results-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Confident, articulate, and personable
