The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst with expertise in managing acquisitions, integrating them seamlessly into our company\’s operations, and responding to customer security questionnaires.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of direct experience and a proven track record in assimilating newly acquired entities into existing business operations.
The role requires a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic thinking to ensure smooth integration processes. The GRC Analyst will play a key role in enhancing our GRC posture and maintaining compliance for WiseTech Global.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess GRC landscape of newly acquired companies, identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Develop integration plans aligned with GRC strategy.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks during integration.
- Harmonize policies, procedures, and controls across entities.
- Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and generate reports for management.
- Identify improvements and drive process enhancements.
- Support responses to customer security questionnaires.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years in GRC, with acquisition integration experience preferred.
- Knowledge of compliance standards like ISO 27001, NIST, SOC1/2, GDPR.
- Experience with security tools and risk metrics.
- Ability to develop policies and standards.
- ISO27001:2022 Lead Implementer and auditor certifications are required.
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC certifications are desirable.
