This newly created role will be a vital addition to our global team to help spearhead our initiatives alongside global banking leaders. As our Banking Product Manager, you will be at the helm of our banking products, driving the strategy, roadmap, and growth of our offerings in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance. This global role involves a close partnership with our esteemed clients and requires a proactive approach to product management from conceptualization through commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement the product strategy and roadmap for our existing banking products and future initiatives.
- Act as the subject matter expert in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance, leading the product lifecycle from ideation to market release.
- Collaborate with development and delivery teams to execute the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and innovation.
- Drive product innovation, design, and content creation, fostering breakthrough solutions.
- Engage in product solutioning and discovery sessions with prospects and clients to tailor offerings that meet their needs.
Your Profile:
- Demonstrated expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.
- A solid grasp of technology integration within banking systems, though in-depth technical knowledge is not mandatory.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a tech-savvy mindset.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, product management, and the software development lifecycle.
