This role sits at the centre of a fast‑moving global social account, helping to bring content from brief to publication across multiple social channels and stakeholder groups. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing editorial workflows, and ensuring content is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, loves being in the detail, and takes genuine pride in operational excellence. You’ll be equally comfortable briefing creatives, managing content calendars, liaising with clients, and ensuring every post is scheduled correctly and published flawlessly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3‑5 years' experience in a social, content, or social PR agency who wants to work on a world‑class client and play a key role in delivering a large‑scale social programme.

Own Day‑to‑Day Social Delivery
  • Take ownership of content workflows from client brief through to publication
  • Manage the scheduling and publishing of content across multiple social channels
  • Ensure all content is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with approval processes
  • Maintain exceptional quality control across copy, assets, links, tagging, metadata, and publishing requirements
  • Act as the operational lead across always‑on social activity
Manage Editorial Planning
  • Own and maintain the editorial calendar across content streams and workstreams
  • Partner closely with strategists and communications teams to ensure content aligns with broader narrative priorities
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, content gaps, and opportunities for optimisation
  • Ensure calendar updates are accurately reflected across teams and stakeholders
Brief & Coordinate Creative Teams
  • Translate client requests and briefs into clear, actionable creative briefs
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and producers to move projects forward
  • Help shape content ideas and contribute to ideation sessions
  • Ensure creative output aligns with client objectives and social best practice
Client Management
  • Build strong day‑to‑day relationships with client stakeholders
  • Lead routine project communications and status updates
  • Manage feedback and approvals processes across multiple stakeholders
  • Bring solutions‑oriented thinking to challenges and changing priorities
Community & Platform Management
  • Support community management workflows and audience engagement activity
  • Understand platform best practices and evolving social behaviours
  • Work confidently within enterprise social management platforms such as Sprinklr
  • Ensure platform publishing, reporting, and governance processes are followed

What are we looking for?

  • 3‑5 years’ experience within a social, content, digital, or social PR agency environment
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and content workflows
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and content publishing programmes
  • Familiarity with enterprise social management tools such as Sprinklr
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Highly collaborative working style
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast‑moving environment
