We’re a home for people who think big and expect more; where creative and recruitment meet to change the way people think about work. Our creatives use design, product, film, strategy and marketing to capture what makes companies great and showcase it in the market. Our recruitment teams introduce the right people at the beginning of their career to set these companies apart. We believe that people will do their best work when they’re in a space that enables it. And that’s what we’ve shaped at Wiser — a culture where everyone can be real and back themselves, surrounded by high performers who take ownership of their career and make moves, no matter what their background.
Wiser’s Product team is on a mission to transform how careers sites are built. We’ve got the platform and a global client base of household brands; now we need a brand-new Senior Product Manager to help us get there. You’ll be an early hire in this new era, so we need a hands-on expert who’s client-ready and can build at pace. This role will grow as fast as you do. The team is a collective of product operations, design and developers. We work as a united team striving for delivery using an agile methodology, where our designers work closely with developers, to create the best website product for all of our clients.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing client projects from kick-off through to delivery, owning the end-to-end design and development lifecycle. This is a hands-on role where you will actively contribute to discovery, prioritisation and delivery, while also providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams. You will act as the primary product point of contact for Key Accounts and clients, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder relationships, and consistent reporting on progress, risks and outcomes. You’ll be accountable for aligning client objectives with product strategy, delivering timelines and quality standards. Alongside delivery, you will take on people and delivery leadership responsibilities. This includes guiding and mentoring product team members, setting clear expectations, supporting performance and development, and ensuring teams are operating effectively and collaboratively.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term partnerships.
- Attend new business meetings to answer our clients’ technical questions and outline the benefits of our platform.
- Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth, positive transition across website builds.
- Understand each client’s business goals and align our product solutions to support their objectives.
- Brief design and development teams on all things website, ensuring clients’ needs are distilled into actionable requirements for the team.
- Attend weekly client sessions across the project’s delivery.
Your day-to-day
- Lead the review and delivery of UX/UI Audits, providing clear, actionable feedback and recommendations.
- Brief and support design team members, ensuring project goals, user needs, and success metrics are clearly understood and reflected across all deliverables.
- Reviewing design work and translating requirements into decks for client sessions.
- Own delivery rituals, including building and maintaining Jira tickets, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and facilitating retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of complex or high-risk client situations, confidently leading challenging conversations around scope, timelines, delivery risks, or stakeholder alignment.
- Support new business efforts by contributing to pitch preparation, shaping product and creative approaches, and ensuring delivery thinking is embedded to help secure new wins.
Who you are
- A strong communicator who builds relationships with ease.
- A natural people manager, someone who can drive high performance and enjoys developing the people around them.
- Empathetic, curious, and genuinely invested in customer success.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
