As part of our Early Talent function, our recruitment team works to ensure our clients bring the best early careers talent into the business – with candidate experience at the core. We have shaped recruitment processes and assessment psychology for clients like Worldpay, Evercore, HaysMac and Danone. In this role, you’ll be the day‑to‑day point of contact for recruitment delivery, managing both the client and candidate experience, making data‑driven decisions and offering strategic direction.
What will you spend your time doing?
- Managing and supporting the delivery of high‑volume Early Talent Recruitment Campaigns alongside our Head of ET Recruitment.
- Managing the day‑to‑day relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Coordinating and leading internal teams to hit key project deadlines.
- Ensuring all of our campaigns are data driven – creating and presenting data dashboards.
- Working alongside our Candidate Experience team to help them upskill.
- Designing bespoke and inclusive assessments with our clients.
What are we looking for?
- At least two years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
- Experience in managing large, high‑volume campaigns.
- A good understanding of DE&I, and experience advocating for it.
- Previous experience working with an ATS and data reporting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Talent market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide campaign wrap‑up analysis.
- Comfortable working with Excel to analyse campaign data.
- Exceptional communication skills.
