We're looking for a Senior Designer to join a dedicated team working on the corporate communications and social presence of one of the world's largest businesses — a Fortune 30 organisation with a global audience and a constant stream of stories to tell. What will you spend your time doing?
- Acting as the visual guardian for one of the world's biggest brands, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to brand guidelines across all content.
- Creating standout social‑first creative across a range of formats, including static, motion and video content.
- Developing creative concepts and visual approaches for corporate communications, executive thought leadership, company announcements and brand storytelling.
- Leading design conversations with clients, confidently articulating creative decisions and presenting work with clarity and conviction.
- Working closely with strategists, copywriters and account teams to bring ideas to life.
- Producing reactive and real‑time content in response to cultural, business and industry moments.
- Creating and refining motion design assets, animations and social content for multiple channels.
- Identifying opportunities to evolve and elevate the brand's visual presence across social.
- Maintaining exceptionally high creative standards while balancing pace and volume.
- Contributing to creative discussions and helping shape best practice across the wider team.
What are we looking for?
- Around 6–8 years' experience in a design role, ideally within an agency, social, content or brand environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft across both static and motion design.
- Strong experience creating content for social platforms, with a clear understanding of what works across different channels and audiences.
- Experience developing creative for organic social content and always‑on social programmes.
- Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong motion design and animation skills, this is essential.
- A deep understanding of social‑first design principles, trends and content formats.
- Experience working within established brand systems and balancing consistency with creative innovation.
- Confidence presenting work to clients and senior stakeholders, explaining rationale and bringing others on the journey.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, collaborative and happy getting stuck into the work.
