Role Overview

Mid‑Weight Brand Strategist – understand client objectives around recruitment and engagement, and develop employer brands and strategies that deliver on those needs. Work closely with key accounts and research teams to translate knowledge into compelling messaging and creative activation strategies for candidates and employees.

What You’ll Do

  • Uncover insights – work with research to identify culture gaps and deduce brand implications; conduct industry scans, develop employee value propositions, translate data into rich personas, and distill complex ideas into clear insights.
  • Develop brands and identities – craft differentiated positioning, compelling narratives, voice and visual guidelines, and strategic messaging across mediums (films, content series, social activations).
  • Activation and guardianship – develop briefs for creative teams, annual planning and employer brand strategies, improve candidate and employee journeys, serve as a thought partner for social and campaigns, define KPIs and measurement, and guide creative work to achieve objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience in brand strategy, ideally within an agency or a mix of agency and client‑side experience.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex research, trends and data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in brand naming, positioning, building brand worlds, campaign messaging and defining creative principles.
  • Strong storyteller and communicator – create decks and lead client‑facing presentations.
  • A natural eye for design and detail, understanding how verbal and visual identities combine to build memorable brands.
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style.
