Job Description

From your first day, you will be involved in meaningful work that is cerebral and calculated - focused on the long-term consequences of a decision, rather than the immediate monetary reward of getting a deal across the line. With only four to five people on a project at any one time, our analysts get huge exposure to senior colleagues with decades of experience. Our full-time Graduate Analyst Programme begins with five weeks of technical and soft skills training. During this time, there will be plenty of opportunities to network with peers as well as to develop your technical skills, ensuring you can add value to your team early on. As an Evercore Graduate, you will have the chance to find the best fit for your future. During the programme, we offer two nine-month rotations, giving you the opportunity to experience different team sizes and industries. You are part of a company that not only is global but feels global. Evercore's focus on the client means that every interaction counts. Relationships are long-term and strategic and are not delivered on a project-by-project basis.

Qualifications

  • Who are we looking for:
  • Academic achievement: We look for an exceptional academic record coupled with diverse interests.
  • Interest in our industry: You need to demonstrate a genuine interest in investment banking and global markets.
  • Critical mindset: Our Graduates need to think critically about a range of strategic issues impacting our clients.
  • An analytical approach: We look for quantitative and analytical talents combined with effective communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly are essential.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also expected.
  • Passion for people: We want to see aptitude for working in diverse teams with demonstrated potential for leadership. You need to show proven ability to move nimbly between projects, often working on different tasks at the same time. A highly disciplined work ethic, initiative, and a self-starting mindset are key.
  • Graduation Year: 2027
  • All degrees welcome
  • Languages are a bonus
