We build employer brands to guide the best in the biz into their dream career with our clients. We transform a company's employer brand internally and externally and change cultures from the ground up.
As an employer brand agency, everything starts with research. We uncover the "what's in it for me" for talent and employees alike through deep research and actionable insights. Our research acts as the foundation for all our creative projects, so our researchers are responsible for shaping every piece of work we do.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Run 1:1 research interviews with people from all walks of life, from bartenders to bankers and everything in between.
- Build surveys and support focus groups helping gather insights and understand what really drives the strengths of an organisation, what their people value most, and where there's room to grow.
- Carry out research, competitor analysis and uncover key findings to shape pitches, working alongside our client strategy team to build out research.
- Work closely with our creative teams on brands like Soho House, L'Oréal, On Running and Comcast to bring research to life in engaging, expressive ways.
- Support with administrative tasks of a creative project when needed to help keep timelines in order and processes running smoothly.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- While prior research experience may be beneficial, we’d love to see curiosity in this area.
- We want to see that you can manage your time and change in timelines effectively while ensuring the work meets a high standard for our creatives and clients.
- Both written and verbal communication are crucial for presenting back to clients, working with our creatives, and explaining your ideas in an understandable way for others.
- Being able to approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset is key at Wiser.
- Ability to recognise patterns in data, identifying trends and being able to construct compelling arguments based on those insights.
- Being able to distill complex ideas into easily digestible content to reach a wider audience and ensure your findings are understood.
