As our Head of Films, you’ll lead the team that creates video magic for our clients. We have an 8‑person team of videographers, photographers, editors, animators, content creators and producers who create end‑to‑end video productions for clients such as On, Frasers Group, Sky, L’Oreal, Kraft Heinz, Worldpay, McCain, Comcast and many more. They’re a talented bunch, and need a leader who adequately inspires them, levels up their creative thinking, and who keeps them motivated when energy runs low on a two‑week shoot. Films are a massive part of the Wiser identity, so this role will be central to our creative offering. We have big growth plans (in team size, revenue and creative ideas) and we’re excited to find the person who’ll help us get there.

You’ll have oversight of every project in the Films pipeline. You’ll work with our Creative Operations team on resourcing and forecasting. You’ll be responsible for our Films sales pipeline and work toward an annual target. You’ll be responsible for the creative output of the team – constantly leveling up ideation, production quality and post‑production polish. You’ll work with our other team heads to deliver end‑to‑end award‑winning work. You’ll run the team’s weekly rhythm – daily stand‑ups, weekly 1:1s, and regular brainstorms. You’ll be responsible for the development and growth of the people on the team. You’ll be based in our HQ office in Farringdon Monday‑Thursday; Friday is a WFH day.

We are looking for:

• 10+ years of agency‑based Film experience.
• Producer or videographer with technical knowledge of the end‑to‑end film process.
• In‑depth understanding of our kit.
• Experience managing a team of filmmakers.
• A love for all things film, from hero videos to campaign assets to always‑on content.
• Flexibility to travel for regular shoots – needed for US, UAE and Europe.
• Experience in a high‑volume production role.
