Wiser is an award-winning Employer Branding & Early Talent agency on a mission to change the way people think about work. We build employer brands to guide the best in the biz into their dream career with our clients. We’re a home for people who think big and expect more; where creative and recruitment meet to change the way people think about work.
As part of our Early Talent function, our development team works on making sure our clients' programmes ignore the ordinary. Over the last three years, we have shaped the L&D for clients like Frasers Group, Accenture, Aviva, Microsoft and HaysMac. Our understanding of what makes a best-in-class Early Careers programme is bolstered by our Early Talent Attraction and Recruitment teams, as we connect all the pillars an Early Talent strategy needs.
In this role, you’ll lead on the design and delivery of our client’s Early Talent programmes. You’ll have full ownership of the offering’s development proposition, and lead the team that bolsters high performance for our clients. We’re looking for a leader, who will set strategic direction, design and iterate L&D workshops, whilst remaining hands-on in high impact delivery, client relationships and levelling up the team.
WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING?
- You’ll set and continuously evolve our development offering, whilst line managing and coaching the team to develop their facilitation capability, client management and technical knowledge.
- You’ll own the design, delivery and evaluation of our clients’ Early Careers behavioural skills programmes.
- You’ll lead the facilitation of our highest-impact and most complex client workshops, creating inclusive and psychologically safe environments where participants have the opportunity to grow.
- You’ll build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery, evolution and long-term impact of development programmes.
- You’ll ensure our programmes ignore the ordinary and deliver an excellent experience for those on the programme; helping change the way people think about work and working with Wiser’s creatives to help you get there.
- You’ll work alongside our client strategy team and leadership to win new client business.
- You’ll be based in our London HQ four days a week, but this role will require flexibility to travel nationwide to lead facilitations for our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years learning & development experience.
- Experience owning, evolving and delivering a learning proposition across multiple clients or programmes, ideally within an early careers context.
- Experience of line management and performance coaching.
- Proven skill in managing multiple work streams.
- A coaching, facilitation or CIPD qualification (desirable, but not essential).
