What's this role all about?

As part of our Early Talent function, our recruitment team works to make sure our clients bring the best, and most appropriate, early careers talent into the business – with candidate experience at the core. We have shaped recruitment processes and assessment psychology for clients like Worldpay, Evercore, HaysMac and Danone. Our understanding of what makes a best-in-class early careers recruitment process is bolstered by our Early Talent Attraction and Development teams, as we connect all the pillars an Early Talent Strategy needs.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for all of our candidates, ensuring they have a fantastic recruitment experience. You’ll support the delivery of our end to end recruitment processes, including assessment centre facilitation and offer management communications.
