As an Academy Associate, your primary responsibility will be supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of our ambassador programmes. This will play a key role in delivering high-impact programmes that connect brands with early talent in an authentic, meaningful way. You’ll support the core operations that keep programmes running smoothly – from recruiting standout ambassadors to maintaining strong day-to-day delivery.
You’ll support ambassador recruitment; help to screen, assess, and interview candidates to build engaged, high-quality communities. You’ll help ensure training days run seamlessly. Monthly, you’ll ensure ambassadors are paid accurately and on time, and all communications are clear, timely, and effective. You’ll help keep programmes running at pace – managing queries, maintaining consistent engagement, and ensuring activity is delivered to a high standard. By staying close to social media trends and the evolving early talent landscape, you’ll help shape monthly activity that feels relevant, creative, and aligned to brand goals.
What will you spend your time doing?
- You’ll manage ambassador communications across multiple channels, ensuring updates, deadlines, and key moments are delivered clearly and consistently.
- You’ll track ambassador activity and process monthly payments, ensuring any issues or queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
- You’ll support the creation of engaging content and key touchpoints across the Academy experience – from training sessions and competitions to monthly checklists, along with innovative tools such as personalised GPTs.
- You’ll track and analyse programme performance, using data such as average hours, year-on-year comparisons, and social media reporting to understand impact and identify opportunities to improve.
- You’ll prepare agendas for weekly client meetings, capture clear notes during each session, and follow up on key actions to ensure progress and accountability.
- You’ll contribute to internal and client-facing updates, turning performance data into clear, compelling storytelling that demonstrates programme success.
- You’ll support continuous improvements across the ambassador programmes, helping to refine processes and enhance programme delivery over time.
