I’m hiring for a VP of Sales Development & Strategy at a high-growth, profitable B2B SaaS company that has scaled from £100K to £7M in just two years . They’re leaders in tech-driven gifting and rewards , partnering with major global brands like Amazon to power customer loyalty and corporate procurement programs .
This role will drive the sales of a new high-growth product that generated £4M Gross Profit on its first implementation . The enterprise ordering platform streamlines uniform procurement for large businesses, reducing delays and errors , unlocking new revenue streams.
With a major supplier already onboard and strong relationships in place , you’ll have hundreds of warm introductions to enterprise clients , accelerating growth from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving sales & go-to-market strategies for expansion beyond gaming into corporate procurement and other sectors.
- Developing strategic partnerships with key players like Amazon and identifying high-value enterprise accounts.
- Leading commercial strategy for new product offerings, from market analysis to pricing and execution.
- Managing cross-functional teams across marketing, legal, finance, and account management.
- Collaborating with the Co-Founder & CEO , shaping the company’s growth and market positioning.
