An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join a dynamic and innovative organisation at the forefront of talent assessment solutions. Based in Thames Ditton, this role is perfect for a results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel the sales pipeline and drive growth across global markets. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to attract and convert high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, content, and events channels
- Plan and execute lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects through the funnel
- Own marketing automation and CRM processes (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track, optimise, and report on campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals
- A/B test messaging, creative, and calls-to-action to optimise engagement
- Manage external agencies and vendors where appropriate
- Monitor and analyse KPIs, providing regular performance reports and insights
- Proven track record in B2B demand generation, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or professional services
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot)
- Skilled in lead lifecycle management, data segmentation, and funnel optimisation
- Highly analytical, with a results-driven mindset and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in Thames Ditton
