Our client is an early-stage, fast-growing AI startup bringing the latest advances in Generative AI to physical security to the UK market.
We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to build the UK market from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor: you’ll be the first sales hire in London, responsible for opening doors, building pipeline, and closing early deals.
We want someone hands-on, scrappy, and hungry: an early-career seller who’s ready to put in the work. You’ll be spending most of your time prospecting, cold calling, and running outreach campaigns.
If you’ve recently stepped up from an SDR role into closing (6+ months of closing experience) and you’re itching for a challenge, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Build the UK pipeline from scratch: heavy outbound (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach)
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing new business
- Work directly with the founders to shape our UK go-to-market strategy
Skills and qualifications:
- 1–3 years in B2B tech sales, including at least 6 months in a closing role
- Experience as an SDR/BDR with a recent step up to AE strongly preferred
- A true hunter mindset: self-starter, relentless prospector, thrives on cold outreach
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing net-new business
- Resilient, coachable, and excited to put in the work in a high-performance environment
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
