Wiser Academy is an award-winning network of over 200 student ambassadors and team leads across 70+ universities in the UK and Ireland. We train and support students to represent leading graduate employers like Clifford Chance, KPMG, and L\’Oréal, by promoting their opportunities on campus and online. Ambassadors gain access to paid, flexible work that fits around their studies, as well as development workshops, exclusive events, and a community of high-performing peers.

️ The Role
As a Wiser Academy Ambassador, you’ll represent our clients’ brands on your university campus. Whether it’s creating scroll-stopping TikToks, planning events on campus with your team, publishing a catchy LinkedIn post or helping peers navigate the application process – this role is all about authentic promotion, community-building, and referring top talent in your network to apply for their dream opportunities.
Here’s what you’ll get up to:
– Attend a virtual ‘Ignore the Ordinary’ training day to learn everything you need about the role and the clients you’ll be representing – from insider recruitment tips to employer benefits, culture, and roles. Upskilling after the session to remain knowledgeable and informed about all clients you’re representing
– Showcase leading brands by completing creative monthly tasks (in-person + online)
– Create fun and engaging content to promote opportunities on social media, adhering to each clients’ brand guidelines
– Attend clients events on campus, and run independent stalls to engage with top talent, use your initiative to spot opportunities where Wiser Academy and clients can be promoted
– Make peer-to-peer referrals and offer support throughout the candidate journey
– Attend client office visits, capturing the culture and day-to-day life to promote to your networks
– Build strong team relationships – contribute to monthly team meetings, collaborate for relevant team tasks, and flag concerns to your designated team lead
