Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Carlisle, with the opportunity for some remote work. The Mortgage Advisor will assist clients in navigating mortgage options, including reviewing financial circumstances, identifying suitable mortgage products, and providing expert advice throughout the process. They will also support clients in completing applications, liaise with lenders, and ensure the mortgage journey is efficient and stress‑free. Building strong relationships with clients and staying updated on market developments are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mortgages and Mortgage Marketing
• Knowledge in Finance and Financial Planning
• CeMap qualification or equivalent certification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively
• Proficiency in analyzing financial information and recommending suitable mortgage products
• Experience in the new build mortgage sector is an advantage
